Facebook and Instagram ads, Louisville, KY

Paid for ads and got nothing back?

The ad is only one step. I build the whole path myself: Facebook and Instagram ads, the website, the phone alert, the follow‑up.

The sign is one glass tube with five drawings: a price tag for the offer, a megaphone for the ad, a web page, a phone alert, and a text bubble for the follow-up. It ends at OPEN.

Bring me your biggest marketing headache.

Ads, a website, follow-up or loyalty. Tell me what's costing you the most, and that's where I start.

Been burned before? I would be careful too.

  • The money went out. No customers came in.
  • Plenty of clicks. Nobody who wanted to buy.
  • They replied fast until you paid. Then nothing.
  • You still can't say what you paid for.

Here's what you own, how the price works, and what you keep if you leave.

The whole path

Five steps between a stranger and a sale.

Five things have to go right, in order. If one is weak, your ad money leaks out there. Most agencies sell you the ad. I build all five.

  1. 01

    The offer

What you sell, and why a stranger should care today. We shape it together. If the offer is weak, a better ad only shows it to more people.

  2. 02

    The ad

Facebook and Instagram ads, made from what you film on your phone. I aim them at booked appointments and real inquiries, not at clicks.

  3. 03

    The website

Where the click lands. It should say what you do, what it costs and how to book or buy. If it confuses people, they leave. You still paid.

  4. 04

    The first ten minutes

Someone fills in your form. That's a lead. It reaches your phone right away. Call while they still care. I believe the first ten minutes decide most sales.

  5. 05

    The follow-up

If the first call goes to voicemail, emails and texts keep working. They run in one CRM, a customer list tool, and they stay yours.

The ads, and where they send people.

Facebook and Instagram ads

I build and run your ads on Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. I cut your own footage into ads, no stock clips, then test in small steps and learn something every week.

  • Film on your phone. I handle the rest.
  • A report every week once ads are live
  • Text and email follow-up, if you want it

Websites

I build the site your ad clicks land on, designed around your business. You decide how it looks, and you can give as much input as you want. SEO is included, so Google can find you.

  • Your input at every step
  • Build only: the finished site is yours
  • Build plus care: I keep it online

The ad sends people to the website. The website decides if they stay. When two companies build them, each can blame the other. I build both.

Loyalty program

Want more of your customers to come back?

The path doesn't end at the first sale. This is a punch card that works by text message. I set it up, then it runs on its own.

Best for businesses with regular customers. Not built for membership businesses.

  1. They scan a QR code at your counterThey type in their name, phone and email. A welcome text arrives right away. No app to download.
  2. Every visit earns a pointEach visit, they scan the code again. A text shows them how many points they have.
  3. At 10 points, they get a rewardYou pick the reward. A text tells them it's ready.
  4. No visit in 30 days?A "we miss you" text goes out with a small coupon you choose.
  5. After they use a rewardA text asks them to leave you a Google review.

You don't have to run it. You can watch new sign-ups and check-ins in an app on your phone.

Jonathan Smith, who runs Brand Workshop

One person does the work. That's me.

I'm Jonathan Smith. Brand Workshop is me, working from the Louisville, Kentucky area. I make the ads, write the follow-up, build the websites and set up each loyalty program myself. There's no account manager and no junior staff. When you have a question, you ask the person doing the work.

I take on a small number of clients on purpose. A workshop can only hold so many jobs before the work gets careless. So I'm the one inside your ad account, not someone reading reports about it. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.

Everything I build for your ads stays yours: the ad account, the ads, the follow-up setup. Stop working with me and you keep all of it. You get a weekly report. I work in Meta, LeadConnector and Zapier: tools for ads and automatic follow-up.

It stays small. That's the point.

If you hire me for ads

What the first 90 days look like.

  1. Day 0Sign and payFlat fee agreed up front. Month to month, or 3 months for less.
  2. Day 1You start the intake formQuestions about your business, so I'm not guessing.
  3. Day 3Intake form doneNow I have what I need to build.
  4. Day 7Ads go liveLeads reach your phone the second someone sends the form.
  5. Day 14First weekly reportThen one every week after that.
  6. Day 30One month of dataFour weekly reports in. A clear picture of what's working.
  7. Day 90Three months inEnough history to decide what comes next.

The free audit

Before you spend anything, let me look.

The audit is free. I look at your business the way a stranger would, check three things, and write up what I would do.

  1. I read your form myself.
  2. I check those three things and write up what I would do.
  3. You get the write-up. If you want help, we talk on a call.

Free, and you don't have to hire me afterward.

In every audit

I check three things.

  • Are any of your ads running? Meta's Ad Library lists every live Facebook and Instagram ad.
  • How many taps from your homepage to your price or offer? I count them.
  • What happens in the first ten minutes after someone new gets in touch?

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

You own the ad account, the ads and the follow-up. The fee is flat and month to month. I do the work myself.

$599 a month covers building and running your ads, cutting your footage, testing and a weekly report. Add automatic texts and emails for $1,049 a month.

Ads are month to month. A 3‑month commitment costs less. If you leave, the ad account, ads and follow-up stay yours.

You do, and a build-only website too. For build plus care, I'll explain what you keep before you pay.

Me. No account manager, no junior staff. That's why I keep my client list small.

It depends on what you sell. Put a rough budget in the form and I'll tell you if ads make sense yet.

$1,099 once, and it's yours. Or $899 with care: $20 a month for hosting, plus unlimited edits for $79 a month, 5 edits a month for $69, or $35 per edit. SEO is included either way.

Not always. If people can find your price and how to book, keep it. If not, I'll tell you in the audit.

A punch card by text. Customers scan a QR code to sign up and earn a point each visit. At 10 points they get a reward you choose.

$99 a month or $990 a year. No setup fee, and you can cancel the monthly plan anytime. Text message fees are extra.

Organic means posts with no ad money behind them.
What you plan to spend on the ads themselves. A rough number is fine.

Got it. Thank you.

Jonathan here. I read every one of these myself. Next I check your ads, website and follow-up, then write up what I would do.
